As stated on our Guarantee page, we stand behind our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. If you have a problem with one of our products, return it to us in new condition for a credit, refund, or replacement.

We are glad to custom make products to your specifications if our standard products will not meet your needs. However, custom merchandise may not be returnable. Please discuss this with us prior to ordering.

If you choose to pay by check, please allow three banking days to process your order. We will assess a $10.00 fee for returned checks.
