If your pet chews the line in half, or if the line is destroyed for any reason, return the components to us. We will remake the leash at no charge to you. Standard shipping and handling charges will apply.

The guarantee does not apply to tugger toys.

We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our leashes. If you are unhappy with any of our leashes for any reason, just return it and we will refund the cost of the leash. Our give us a call and tell us how we can modifiy the leash to work for you. It's that simple!

Return Authorizations are NOT required, however please call or email as we'd like to know why.

We are glad to custom make products to your specifications if our standard products will not meet your needs. However, custom merchandise may not be returnable. Please discuss this with us prior to ordering.

If you choose to pay by check, we will assess a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
